OEM Projects:

Microflash is a special manufacturer for USB devices since 1999. We devote to providing branding services, insisting on market oriented, customer focused, and all-around, prompt, considerate services. We can print your logo on all the products from our OEM / ODM section. Our terms are very flexible: we offer printing of your own logo on the product for Minimum Order of 100pcs. If your order exceeds 200pcs - the printing service will be free of charge. If you require custom packaging, we can offer that for orders of 500pcs and above.

The working scheme is very simple. After choosing the product’s model and providing us with your logo artwork, we will send you back a visual picture of the already labelled product within 24 hours. If you accept the result, we will proceed to mass production. Usually the whole process takes 7 days or less.

For the orders that require custom made packaging, total order turnaround will be a bit longer: 10-14 days. After providing artwork we will send you visual picture of packaging sample within 72 hours. If you accept the result, mass production will follow.

ODM Projects:

More and more companies decide to differentiate their products in the market with unique design. We can provide assistance in developing your own, exceptional products, based on our solutions.

For USB Flash Drives, the time needed to complete ODM project is usually 2-3 months. The budget largely depends on appearance，structure design and material etc. We are willing to cover the cost of creating a new moulding partially, if the customer gives us volume orders of quite a number of the USB Flash drive. If the first order is less than our required quantity, we have to charge the cost of moulding in advance. If the later followed orders’ total can reach the quantity, we will return you the moulding charge.

ODM process
ODM project has two modes:
1. Customer has designed appearance Plan or practical model already
Step 1: Structure design with 3D drawing and make a handworked model for customer’s confirmation (Charge)
Step 2: Moulding work and circuit design according to confirmed 3D drawing and handworked model. (Charge)
Step 3: Mass production

2. Customer has a idea of new design only
Step 1: Design and draw appearance plans according to customer’s requirement. (Free)
Step 2: Structure design with 3D drawing and make a handworked model for customer’s confirmation (Charge)
Step 3: Moulding work and circuit design according to confirmed 3D drawing and handworked model. (Charge)
Step 4: Mass production
